Versorgungsforschung
Versorgungsforschung ist ein grundlagen- und anwendungsorientierter interdisziplinärer Forschungsansatz zur quantitativen und qualitativen Evaluation der Prozesse und Ergebnisse in der Versorgungsrealität. Anders als die klinische Forschung der Phasen I-III beschäftigt sich die Versorgungsforschung mit dem Versorgungsgeschehen im Praxisalltag.
Die Zielgrößen sind zum einen die Überprüfung und Verbesserung der Wirksamkeit vorhandener Versorgungskonzepte unter Alltagsbedingungen (Phase IV-Studien).
Aber auch alle versorgungsrelevanten Rahmenbedingungen, die auf den Patienten einwirken, der sich mit der Diagnose einer onkologischen Erkrankung konfrontiert sieht. Dazu gehören u.a der psychosoziale Aspekt der Erkrankung, Meinungen und Einstellungen der Patienten, Arzt-Patienten-Interaktion usw. Diese Informationen sorgen für ein besseres Verständnis für die Gesamtsituation und die individuellen Erwartungen eines jeden Patienten an den Arzt und die Behandlung.
Neben dem Einsatz bereits validierter Messinstrumente arbeiten wir stets an der Weiterentwicklung und Neudefinition von Parametern, die einen noch besseren Einblick in die Befindlichkeit des Patienten erlauben.
Gleichzeitig dient die kontinuierliche Messung des Versorgungsgeschehens als Instrument der internen Qualitätssicherung in der Praxisklinik.
